If you are a fan of contemporary architecture, then check out this modern Mexican villa from JCNAME Architects. Too parallel boxes, each with a well defined design were connected together for this project called “MO House”. White, red and black were the colors chosen for the exterior, a palette which brings a sober touch. Large windows facilitate a good indoor illumination and contribute to the overall modern design. Privacy is not an issue, as the frosted glass does not allow too much visibility. The interior is minimalist, with stairs connecting the floors and interesting looking furniture. The illuminated floors and large painting are elements that build up the home’s personality.

These amazing interiors belong to in a beautiful apartment in Lisbon, Portugal, a place which dates back to the year 1850. However, the more interesting part is that the home was redecorated by a family and the work was done without consulting any specialists. Sure, by the way things look, you might say this is a job well done and perhaps the owners are design specialists their selves. Some of the rooms have a white theme, preserving the 1980’s style. The living room is modern and vivid, with bright colors and plenty of good taste. Interesting furniture items such as a wooden cabinet with a vintage feel are a reminder of the apartment’s “age”. You could say this is a nice mix between old and new and a very successful approach to interior design. Do you agree?-via The White Sheet

JSª is a team of architects from Mexico City. They recently developed this breathtaking residential project situated by the beach in Lima, the capital of Peru. The location couldn’t be better- a peaceful area located not far away from the urban madness, where all the major events take place. A white and captivating exterior, with large windows draws attention to the building that houses 4 apartments. Stone stairs connect the levels on the outside.  A beautiful pool completes the mystical feel of this residential wonder. The interior design is modern and minimalist, with interesting furniture items and original color arrangements. We don’t know why the building is called “22″, but we really like its name. -via Platforma Arquitectura

All of them are made in the minimalist style which is characteristic for this German company. These 3 modern tables have comfortable and very practical top constructions, which allow to easily expand them. The first model ET 1500 stands out from two others by its sculptural shape and original base. The base is quite big, but provides ample legroom. If you prefer more traditional dining tables with 4 legs then ET 1000 plus or ET 1400 could become a stylish centerpiece of your modern dining room. All these tables are available in various finishes so could suit for any interior design. Although they look the most effective in a natural wood finish. You could find more information on Hulsta site.
