Sometimes it can be really hard to put yourself in kids’ shoes and come up with a design that is suited for the little ones, that will intrigue and captivate them. This amazing fairy bedroom does just that. It takes captivating fairytale themes and brings them to reality in a beautiful design meant to appeal to small children. And what an incredible room! An indoor tree with life-size leaves, birdhouses, lamps in the shape of flowers, mushrooms, a bean stock, they are all here creating a fantastic environment. Pink is the main color used and it goes great in combination with the other elements. Everything in this kids’ room is eye-catching and original: the shelves, the bed-stairs, the lockers. Have fun spotting them all and tell us what would you add or remove in order to decorate the perfect bedroom for kids? -via Kidtropolis

If you are a fan of contemporary architecture, then check out this modern Mexican villa from JCNAME Architects. Too parallel boxes, each with a well defined design were connected together for this project called “MO House”. White, red and black were the colors chosen for the exterior, a palette which brings a sober touch. Large windows facilitate a good indoor illumination and contribute to the overall modern design. Privacy is not an issue, as the frosted glass does not allow too much visibility. The interior is minimalist, with stairs connecting the floors and interesting looking furniture. The illuminated floors and large painting are elements that build up the home’s personality.

JSª is a team of architects from Mexico City. They recently developed this breathtaking residential project situated by the beach in Lima, the capital of Peru. The location couldn’t be better- a peaceful area located not far away from the urban madness, where all the major events take place. A white and captivating exterior, with large windows draws attention to the building that houses 4 apartments. Stone stairs connect the levels on the outside.  A beautiful pool completes the mystical feel of this residential wonder. The interior design is modern and minimalist, with interesting furniture items and original color arrangements. We don’t know why the building is called “22″, but we really like its name. -via Platforma Arquitectura

Having a house make-over and need a fresh approach? We would like to display a fabulous stair collection from Siller stairs, an Italian company with plenty of experience and impressive designs. From classic and classy wood to the more modern glass, the stairs below are all a showcase f elegance and originality. Some of them have a futuristic look, with the stairs surrounding an axis, others are just plain stylish. Most of the models are custom made. The owner can have his say concerning the shape and size of the product, as well as its design. We think this is the strongest feature of the company- their connection to the consumer. Feeling inspired?

Even though it is considered dangerous, there are many people who dream of a house in the middle of nature. Casa No Gere comes from architects Graca Correia and Roberto Ragazzi and is located in an unconventional environment. Deep in Portugal’s national park is where the owners wished to live and their request was honored by the architects by coming up with plans for this stunning building. And things were not easy. The construction team had to cope with a lot of strict rules coming from the park’s authorities. In the end, the shape and location of the residence were adapted to respect all terms and in the pictures below you have the results: a bar-like structure with a unique exterior and modern indoor arrangements. Not a single tree was cut during the construction and the materials used were eco-friendly. via Home-Designing
